Assistant Investment Director

Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for participating in the site selection and business development of the project.

2. Responsible for preparing the feasibility report, proposal, model and investment report of the project according to the situation of the investment project.

3. Responsible for negotiating with the local governments and strategic clients over the project investment, and prepare the agreement of the project investment.

Assistant Legal Director

Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Establish and improve the relevant rules, systems and processes related to the company’s legal affairs, prepare the development strategies and provide support for the company, and make sure the contents of the systems and the preparation procedures are legal. 

2. Responsible for reviewing contracts and legal documents, dealing with contracts and other internal legal documents about such operation problems as the staff’s labor relationship disputes, including major resolution, rules, contracts and other important documents, supervising the performance and review of the contracts.

3. Participate in the merger, acquisition, division, bankruptcy, reverse merger, lease, asset transfer, bidding, bid invitation and other important economic activities of the company, present legal opinions, deal with relevant legal affairs, and provide legal bases for the company’s major decisions, so as to avoid operation risks. 

4. Participate in timely reviewing relevant documents of the company’s investment, financing, architecture of overseas companies, fund, listing, bond issuance and other legal affairs.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Law in domestic 985 and 211 universities, pass the judicial/legal professional qualification exams.

2. Good at English (CET-6 or TEM-8), and can read basic English contracts, legal documents, etc.

3. Understanding the common laws of Hong Kong, etc., and the laws and relevant processes related to the bond issuance of Hong Kong.

4. Have work experience in logistics real estate, building construction and other industries.

Assistant Audit Director

Job requirements:

1. Draft and improve the internal auditing systems and processes, and prepare the auditing plan and auditing budget.

1. Responsible for overall control of project development cost, engineering cost control and contract management;

2. Responsible for project budgetary estimates and completion settlement, checking project optimization scheme submitted by Project Management Department, confirming project change cost, and controlling project construction cost strictly;

3. Convene the bidding work of general contracting for project construction and important subcontracting projects, responsible for calculation and confirmation of tender estimate of the bidding project, and participating in the bid evaluation of the project;

4. Preside over calculation and check of construction progress and quantity of the project under construction, and participate in examination, approval and check of engineering payment;

5. Responsible for on-site change confirmation, engineering payment, budget and settlement auditing and consulting company management, etc.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in industrial and civil construction, engineering management, construction cost and relevant specialties; cost control and management experiences for more than 10 years, and have the working experiences in logistics real estate industry preferred;

Job requirements:

1. Carry out overall planning and design of the logistics park according to corporate development orientation and market demands; 
2. Be familiar with industry design standard and development direction, and responsible for renewal and maintenance of corporate design standards; 
3. Responsible for planning coordination with design organization and competent governmental departments; 
4. Responsible for planning establishment and design of the whole functional area of the logistics park; 
5. Contact with construction organization, adjusting and optimizing the details in the period of construction.

Senior Manager of Board Secretariat

Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist the directors to deal with the board’s daily work, keep providing the directors with, reminding them of and making sure they understand the regulations, policies and requirements of the domestic and overseas regulators on company operation.

2. Responsible for the company’s external information disclosure, coordinating the communication over the company’s internal information.

3. Responsible for contacting the shareholders, brokers, lawyers, auditors, media and other daily affairs; coordinate the internal work of the board of directors, board of supervisors and managers, and organize to implement the investment relation management.

Regional Financial Manager

Job requirements:

1. Comprehensively responsible for the daily finance and accounting, fees and payment review of the regional subsidiaries.

2. Report the financial income and expenditure plans submitted by the regional project companies, sort out the general fund receipt and payment plans of the regions, and reasonably arrange the use of fund.

3. Responsible for reviewing the tax declaration of the regional project companies.

4. Regularly conduct statistics to finance-related data and materials, and conduct statistics related to regional finance.

5. Regularly collect the regional financial and budget information, prepare the general financial budge of the group, and reflect the implementation of the budget by the month.

1. Assist modifying and improving the program files of the property management companies.

2. Participate in preliminary planning and other preliminary affairs, assist in putting forward the project positioning scheme, cooperate with the property project take-over and acceptance inspection. 

3. Implement all laws, regulations and acts of the government as well as the property management convention, and maintain good relationship with the government authorities.

4. Assist the property director to focus on the property operation management, and guide the operating activities and management affairs of the delivered projects.

5. Assist the property director to timely deal with the problems existing in the operation of the property projects, and properly handle all emergency and sudden events.

6. Responsible for regulating the operation of the project assets (e.g. warehouse, property management office, dormitory building, etc.)

Financing Manager

Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Analyze corporate financial condition and demands according to the requirements of corporate financial accounting management system, and design financing project and formulate financing plan according to the characteristics of bank and other financial institutions;

2. Responsible for contacting with financial institutions, foreign investment institution and risk investment institutions, developing financing channels continuously, communicating and negotiating with kinds of banks and financing institutions, implementing financing plan, finishing financing task; and carry out preliminary planning of investment project;

3. Responsible for detailed preparation of annual capital budget according to the requirements of corporate financial accounting management system, detail annual capital budget into monthly and weekly capital plan, arrange capital in advance to guarantee smooth business;

4. Focus on capital market dynamic trends, provide relevant information, data, suggestions and scheme timely, analyze and estimate corporate financing cost regularly, arrange the capital for repayment of loan interest and principal, and cooperate with bank to carry out post-loan inspection;

5. Finish other financing work arranged by the leader timely and efficiently.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, banking, investment or relevant specialties, and relevant financing experiences in logistics real estate industry for more than 3 years;

2. Be familiar with and grasp kinds of financing channels, have good interpersonal network, and finish the capital raising required by our company independently;

Finance Supervisor

Job requirements:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare monthly and annual financial statements timely and correctly according to the requirements of our company and relevant governmental departments, and submit them to relevant departments;

2. Responsible for analyzing the finance-related data provided by corporate leaders;

3. Check vouchers, set each subject and standardize the reasonability of abstract according to the requirements;

4. Responsible for calculating corporate tax, making tax declaration, and communicating with tax department;

5. Responsible for handling corporate tax, annual inspection of industry and commerce, liquidation of enterprise income tax;

6. Monitor and check the accuracy of bank reconciliation statement;

7. Deal with corporate accounts, accounting, statement preparation, tax treatment and other relevant work independently.
