PoliciesWe value you as a customer. We allow returns on our wool yarn (less shipping) if it is considered defective. However, you must first notify us by email. This way we can begin to work on a resolution. But we must recieve your return within 14 days of original purchase from our store. We are a pet free and smoke free home. Refunds will not be issued until item has been recieved.
All of our yarns have been washed and should run clear. We have not had any comments or concerns made on our dyes ever running. However, we still recommend washing your woolies individually at first. Please keep in mind that some wool washes may contain products that release the dye over time. We recommend Kookaburra wool wash in which we carry from time to time in our store :) Something simple to use is baby shampoo as well.
